WHAT I OFFER

Mindfulness and Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC™) is at the heart of my work—an approach that invites us to meet ourselves with honesty, warmth, and care. Below, you’ll find a few ways to explore this practice: through a full course, an introductory workshop, or a restorative retreat.

8-Week MSC™ Course

What IS msc?

Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC™) is a research-based program designed to help us treat ourselves with the same kindness and care we offer to others.

It teaches us how to meet difficulty with presence, soften self-criticism, and reconnect with our inner strength.

Developed by Kristin Neff and Chris Germer, MSC brings together mindfulness -being with what is- and self-compassion -responding with kindness-, so we can relate to ourselves and others in a more supportive, grounded way.

The Heart of the Practice

Self-compassion isn’t about indulgence or letting ourselves off the hook. It’s about creating an inner environment where healing, courage, and growth become possible.

Research shows that people who practice self-compassion tend to have greater emotional resilience, stronger relationships, and improved well-being.

In MSC, we learn how to:

  • Acknowledge our pain without getting lost in it

  • Recognize our shared humanity—we’re not alone in our struggles

  • Offer ourselves kindness in the moment we need it most.

Who is it for?

This space is for anyone who’s curious about a more compassionate way of being—with yourself, and with the world around you.

You don’t need to be calm.
You don’t need to have a meditation practice.
You don’t need to have it all figured out. (Who does?)

It’s for those feeling burned out or stretched thin.
For the caregivers, the overthinkers, the ones holding a lot.
For those who feel a lot, or feel like they’ve gone numb.
For anyone navigating change, uncertainty—or simply wanting to live with more presence and less pressure.

You might be completely new to mindfulness.
You might be a seasoned practitioner who forgot how to be kind to yourself.
You might be somewhere in between.

All are welcome here.

Come as you are.
There’s nothing to fix.
Nothing to prove.
Just a place to begin.
